As a subcontractor to O'Brien-Kreitzberg Associates, Davillier-Sloan, Inc. (DSI) assisted in the development and management of a Project Affirmative Action Committee. This committee was comprised of interested community organizations, labor, and management. It monitored compliance with federal regulations for the utilization of historically disadvantaged businesses as well as minority/female hiring. This work was accomplished in compliance with FAR 52.219 ñ Utilization of Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns, as well as federal and local goals for hiring minorities and women. DSI was also responsible for all political and community liaison work related to the project.
